Amazing Texas Home Christmas Light Show

Matthew Johnson of San Antonio, Texas started his Christmas light show in 2013 as a way to entertain his children. The extravaganza of perfectly arranged lights in unison to music in is a sight to behold.

The Johnson home has been a treat to his neighbors who have told the family they host holiday parties just so friends and family can enjoy the show. Last year, the Johnsons were featured on ABC’s “The Great Christmas Light Fight.” The dedicated dad said his kids are completely mystified by the end results and attention every year.

“As it picked up in popularity, it changed and I wanted to make everyone happy,” he said. “With so much negativity in society it’s nice to have something positive to entertain people.”

Crowds of people now make the Johnson home a stop on their holiday bucket list. Taking a few minutes to look at the mesmerizing show, it’s easy to understand why.
